We at Urban Spirit believe we can only truly provide the service we are committed to if we are able to develop a long term relationship with our customers so we only provide the service to our members. Membership is completely free but restricted to a number which will ensure that we can maintain our commitment to you.

Time based, not distance
Unlike taxis, our Chauffeured cars are provided on a time basis, you book for the time you need the car in half hour long ‘Units’. It doesn’t matter how far you travel in that time; how many stops you make; what time of day it is and so on, the cost is known before you step into the car. The units don’t expire either, so you are never in a rush to ‘use them all up’
Telephone booking to our friendly staff
You are no longer one of the thousands trying to get a huge call centre to pick up, our exclusive service is tailored around helping you to plan in advance and your call will be dealt with by staff you have almost certainly spoken to before and will already have all of your details to hand. Convenience of paying by Credit Card, over the phone.
This means that you no longer have the hassle of needing to pay when you arrive, finding change or worse still trying to persuade a grumpy driver to take a credit card or Nets! When you arrive you just step out as you would if it were your own car and chauffeur.

Yours for as long as you want it
If your plans change en-route, (your quick shopping trip; your meeting overruns, or you decide to pick up a friend on the way to dinner), we will wait for you for as long as you need. Our dispatchers will be aware of the situation and reschedule your driver to stay with you. He will be there waiting when you step out.
Nominated users
You can add nominated users at any time who you can authorise to use your units by calling and booking the service themselves.
