Our Esteemed Drivers
Our drivers come from a variety of backgrounds but all have in common a passion for customer service and of course are selected on their ability to provide you with a comfortable ride. We augment this with our own training and guidance to ensure the highest quality of driving and service.
Alvin is the Team Leader for our drivers and brings years of experience as a Chauffeur to executives and their families, he brings a wealth of experience to the team and is as passionate about service as he is knowledgeable about driving.
Razak is another of our early drivers, 42 and married with three Children and brings a valuable combination of skills to Urban Spirit which includes several years of experience as a Limousine driver for an MNC operating in Singapore and an extensive knowledge of the road network in Singapore.
Our Customer Service Team
Our front line staff who you will be speaking to have been recruited based on their proven experience in providing excellent customer service, not only on the phone but also in person. This is of course augmented by additional training more specifically in how we at Urban Spirit provide our service to you. We are certain you, our customers, will develop a relationship with our team which will enable us to provide you with the best possible service.
Raymond, the Team Leader for our customer service officer team, and Halimah are two of the CSO team and bring a range of customer service and call centre experience to Urban Spirit. Like all of our customer service officers, they have been selected for their ability to communicate well with our customers and to develop that long term relationship which is so important to us.
Our Operations Manager Norman oversees the day-to-day operation of the service and is 100% dedicated to ensuring that we are constantly focussed on delighting you, our customers.

| Our Service |

|
The service is provided using high end but practical chauffeured vehicles which are placed at the disposal of the customer for a defined period requested by the customer, during which they can use the service as if it were their own personal car and chauffeur.
The vehicles are unmarked and the chauffeurs selected and trained to provide a smart, discrete and effective service with an attention to detail that we know will match or exceed any other transport option available. The service is provided to a closed membership of customers who once they have undertaken a simple registration process and selected their usage package are then free to call (toll free) the call centre to book the actual times the service as required.
